THE LAST DAY. BAMBOO & PHI PHI ISLAND
First stop was Bamboo Island (in thai “Koh Mai Pai”) for half an hour. Another great place for sightseeing and taking good photos. It is not as crowded as the other islands though, so if you are looking for seclusion this would be a good place.
Then we went back up the speed boat.
And continued the journey…
On the way, there were many interesting rock formations, caves, and odd-looking islands.
Another twenty minutes and we reached PHIPHI Island!
We started snorkeling here.
The mysterious underwater world is amazing. Let me show you what i managed to catch with my camera.
Here is my favourite shot EVER!
J did a great job. For me, this is not easy to achieve especially underwater. Thank you.
*I had a wonderful experience there.
We were out from 9 in the morning till late afternoon.
Once we got back to Ao Nang, we got changed and went out for my last meal in Krabi.
And did my French manicure for 300 Baht.
Then time to say buhbye to Thailand.
And hello again to Singapore. I’m back slightly tanner than before. SPF50 sunblock couldn’t fully protect me from the relentless heat of the sun.
p.s.- Thanks to my new camera. Saved much of my time from photoshop.

You look so gorgeous even without make up. It looked like an amazing trip too.

Perfect pictures as usual!!
I’m going to Krabi next month because of you.

Hey nira,
May I know how did you managed to stay un-tanned in the 4th last photo, despite the super sunny weather? Much thanks!! =))
Hida
I put 1 layer of whitening lotion and another layer of SPF50 sunblock. Well, the weather was burning hot.
Hi nira,
Can you tell me the total cost you spend on this trip?
I am very interested to go to one of those island and snorkel.
xizhe
I spent about 1200-1500 baht per tour. It depends on what you want to do.
Babe,
do u mind doing a review of your camera? I bought the same camera as you but somehow I can never get the effect like you do. My pictures are always either overexposed under the sunlight or very blur in room light. Tried reading the manual but nothing helps, I really dunno whats wrong. Do you have a fix specific mode to do all your photos? Like what mode, shutter speed and aperture etc. Will appreciate if you can help before I go to the service centre.
Many thanks!
I use ‘smart mode’ quite often or any mode with no flash, make full use of the sun light. I might do a review entry in the near future. Thank you.
Thanks for your reply. =)
Samsung help centre called me.
The camera is unsuitable for timer shots. =(
i am hobby potographer, is there a chance you like to use some of my pics? i guess it would be nice and fit on your cms
